Responsibilities
Prepare monthly analysis reports including C1 sold, MR by branch, STRUCO Analysis and other reports to support the monthly closing review.。
Coordinate and provide monthly reporting package to provide the systematic finance overview to CFO.
Provide department expense report to HO department directors on monthly basis and facilitate the department expense controlling.
Work closely with HO departments on initiatives to control cost and expense.
Manage and coordinate SCF cost centers setup for proper accounting and controlling in departmental expenses. Ensure compliance with Group Norms in terms of cost center definition and accounting.
Lead SCF expenses planning in Budget, Forecast and Rough Plan and set up the expense guidelines in coordination with Accounting and HR.
Verify and ensure alignment in budgeting and closing especially for expense accounting and allocation
Responsible for improvements in terms of expense planning tools and processes
Feedback and coordinate with NI Controller and EI Controller to resolve business and process issues.
Monitor and enhance implementation of financial policies and proposal on improvements
Fulfill Ad Hoc Projects and tasks required by Head of FO Controlling and CFO
Requirements
Financial knowledge and skills
Strong analytical skill and logical thinking
SAP Knowledge
Effective communication skills
Fluent in both written and oral English
Above 5 years finance working experience with min 3 years in manager level.
University degree in Finance or relative business sector
CPA/ACCA preferred
