Responsibilities
1. Build up and optimize the financial planning to meet company’s strategic development;
2. Set up short-term & long-term goals of finance department, supervise Treasury, Accounting, Financial Analysis team delivering a high quality and efficiency working result;
3. Manage the cash flow, seek for opportunity to raise fund in money and capital markets based on business needs;
4. Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, real estate, and conservation of assets;
5. Ensure compliance with local and state requirements;
6. Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budgets, mass salary updates, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry;
7. Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports;
8. Develop and implement finance, accounting, and billing procedures;
9. Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards;
10. Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations;
11. Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards;
12. Responsible for obtaining the necessary licenses and insurance required to start new business;
13. Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Finance related policies making
• Within Department:
Supervision of employees in finance, accounting and financial planning and analysis teams
• Cross Department:
Co-work with other Ex-com members, department heads, and other related associates
Keep good relationship with other departments, and representatives of shareholders
• External Relationships:
Cooperates with relevant government Department and audits for the company’s finance and accounting work
Requirements
1. Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related areas, CPA/ACCA/CFA holder;
2. At least 10 years of experience in a senior-level financial management position in MNC;
3. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management;
4. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Very familiar with PRC and US GAAP;
5. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems;
6. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations;
7. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections;
8. Experienced in strategic planning and execution;
9. Fluent in English and Chinese, both in oral and written.
