Monthly financial operations
- IO management - R&D IO create and block to control risk
- Report Running/Inquiry: Mercury report, opening PO reports
- Headcount reconcile: HTX vs Mercury
- Quarterly opening PO follow up (quarter-end)
- Profit Center close process
- Prepare accounting entries for R&D groups to PRC accounting team for reviewing
- Closing entries review's filing
- ARD report preparation
- China R&D Finance team' share point maintenance, training session improvement
- Analyzes and reports on financial performance of projects /Infra cost pool
- Creates metrics/reporting for senior management.
- Analyzes variances, trends and provides decision support for internal finance team
Quarterly financial operations
- Input forecast dollar in template
- Prepare deck under guidance of finance team for reviewing with BG
- Applying for hierarchy changes and PC creation/block in finance system
- Update the ownership of PC list
- Deck preparation
- Prepare templates for management analyzing in different point of view
- Alfred rule updates
Yearly financial operations:
- Budget preparation..Current year and next year proposal
- Prepare review template.
- Budget dollar input in BWB
- Logic checking
- PO Close yearly in Oct for last fiscal year
Requirements
More than 3 years Finance Analyst or Accountant work experience in MNC.
The key requirement is excel skill, accounting education background with good logic thinking.
